Welcome. If you have read the Supporters’ Club — Introduction page, you will have some idea of the background of the Cottesmore Hunt Supporters’ Club and know that I recently took over as Chairman. We have approximately 500 members mainly from Leicestershire, Rutland and Lincolnshire plus 65 members who live as far away as W.Yorks and Devon but who wish to retain links with the Cottesmore Hunt and support us on a regular basis.

The Club’s aim is to raise around £12,000 each year towards the running of the Hunt by organising social functions. You will find the calendar of events on the Events link page. These events are designed to appeal to different groups of people thus providing something for everyone to attend. The six major events run every year are Ketton Park Hunter Trials in early September, our Opening Meet Dinner Dance in late October, a Christmas Lunch, an End of Season Party in March, our AGM which is normally held in April and the Annual Open Day and Show held at the Kennels in early June. Quite a daunting list, but I hope that should you wish to join the Supporters’ Club, and I sincerely hope that you will, you will feel able to get involved. I do hope you will join us at one of our many functions to have some fun and meet new friends as well as supporting the Cottesmore Hunt.
