It is easy to drive, well maintained and reliable with a low mileage and MOT to April 2011. The horse area has rubber matting, fully adjustable partitions, a long ramp for easy loading, saddle racks and bridle hooks. The living sleeps at least three and includes upholstered seating, removable table, hob, sink, plenty of storage and a separate toilet cubicle with cassette. There is a cut-out between the cab and living and a door between the living and horse area. This is a proper smart hunter who knows his job and is sensible and a good jumper. 17hh bay gelding, 14 years, hunted several seasons with the Quorn. I bought him last September after a weeks trial when he cubbed with both Quorn and Cottesmore. Stands still if you want and will go on. Hunted him several Cottesmore Saturdays, he proved a balanced and willing jumper and well behaved. Went out with the Readyfield at Wymeswold and jumped hedges and rails all day. Hacks out, no vices, good all usual things and traffic. Passed a full 5 stage vetting by Roger Lee (I have the certificate). I am looking for a horse for my novice husband to do a small amount of hunting this coming season. The ideal horse would be one that's been-there-and-done-it on the hunt field and that is looking for a quieter life. A middleweight around 16.2 would be ideal. Age irrelevant. He is a quiet, balanced rider but it will be his first season of hunting. We are happy to loan or buy. Excellent permanant home awaits.
